The object of this surgery is to stop the transmission of nerve stimulation of the sympathetic chain to the hands.

This interruption produces a reduction of sweating up to 98% in our operated patients, with a stable and permanent effect.

PROCESS

RESULTS

Thoracoscopic sympathectomy produces a large definitive reduction in sweating in more than 95% of our patients where the results are usually immediate.
